Brief Description:  Attach Left inboard wing skin (17-02)

Spent most of the day putting clecos in and taking them out...with occasional riveting in between. The aft ribs line up perfectly, but the fwd ribs were slightly off. The clecos would go in, but the rivets would not. I ended up running the #30 drill bit in reverse to clear enough room to install the rivet. Not sure this technique is a good idea, but it seemed better than leaving a burr in the hole. Anyway, everything fits well and the first skin looks good.
I ran into a setback when I went to start prepping the outboard skin. There were three dent/wrinkles in the skin. It was hard to see until I took off the blue film, so I may have missed it when I did the original inventory, or I may have caused it myself. I think I would have been ok with it as is, but it was on the leading side that is supposed to wrap around and be on top of the wing, which would be very noticeable...at least for me. Maybe I could have smoothed it out when it goes to paint, but I decided to get a new part. It's just money :)
So in the meantime, as I wait for the replacement part, I will work on the wing stand and start the right wing.
