This is going to be a long tedious process. I still have a long way to go, but if I just work on completing a few at a time in the evening, I'll be done in...Well let's not think about that. Any way the 2" scotchbrite wheel fits the scallops very nicely. The tin snips worked fine to cut off the flange, I just had to come back across it with the file.
