Brief Description: F-1238 bracket prep and drill (10-10)
Ok, I got a little over anxious after attaching the side skins and didn't read the manual as carefully as I should. The mistake I made was to cleco the F-1238 bracket to the upper right skin without it being attached to the frame. That's when I noticed the holes really close to the edge and they don't seem to line up unless I force it. For the second try I attached the right-top side skin and clecoed it all in place before clocoeing the F-1238 bracket. Then I used the long #30 drill bit to match drill the holes. This turned out fine. I placed an order for a new one, so it will be another week before I complete these steps.
On a side note, I tried to make a homemade air conditioner to help blow some cool air on me in the garage on the hot days. It's just an electric fan pulling air into an ice chest with frozen water jugs, then it blows out the PVC tube. It blows out about 10-15 deg cooler than air temp.

2nd try looks better, so I went ahead and rivetted in place
Home made airconditioner...just a slightly cooler breeze to take the edge off on the really hot days
