Brief Description: Stabilator Hinge Washer placement (10-05)
With the help of my son Benjamin and my wife Cyndi, I was able to determine the right washer combination for the hinge brackets. I noted it in the manual for future reference, but I used AN960-416 on the inboard side (2 places). To super glue them in place I used painter tape with a hole cut out in the center for the bolt. Then I place a small amount of gel type super glue on the washer face and used the bolt to center the washer as i slid it into place, using the tape to hang onto the washer. Once I got it into place the tape helped secure it until the glue dried and then the tape come right off. It worked very well on the first try.
