Brief Description:  Stabilator Spar cap assembly

Received the new parts from Vans...just a little over a week, but I've been out of town all week so it worked out well. I got all the parts deburred and recreated the countersinks. They turned out much better this time and the center hole at the bottom of the counter sink is still the right size, so I'm much happier with the results.
I went ahead and primed the spar skeleton parts and clecoed the assembly together. I loaded in the right size flush rivets per the manual, but a couple of them look too long. I'll make some measurements, but I'm concerned that I'll have trouble setting the rivets. When they're long the want to roll over or lean. I've looked around and I haven't found anyone discussing it. I'll give it a try Monday evening.
