Everything worked well on the rear spar although it was challenging to hold the rivets and the rear spar and the nut plate all while holding the squeezer...about 5 hands too few. I used tape to hold the nut plate in place while I set up the squeezer.

I over did the countersink on one of the holes for the front spar, which made the hole too large. I still need to get the hang of the countersink tool. I now have some scrap metal to practice on. I'll put a call into Vans and order a new front spar VS-1202 and let them know about the shipping dent on the leading edge of the VS (see earlier logs).

Placed an order with Avery for some additional deburr tools and hopefully a better micro counter sink tool (with edge guard).
