Spent most of the day deburring and drilling holes and deburring. Also played around with the countersink drill attachment, but I have to say it wasn't that easy to figure out and I felt I did just as good a job using the deburring handle and checking my progress. Should be ready to attach the plate nuts tomorrow, but I also go back to work tomorrow.
Picture shows me using the battery drill, which worked fairly well, just ran out of juice before I was done, so I switched over to the air drill. Had to crank down the pressure to 50 psi to keep the drill speed down. I may have to add a regulator valve to the connector at the drill. Also, I was using my very small garage compressor which is loud and runs every other hole. I need to upgrade to a real compressor.
