Brief Description: Started vertical stabilizer (06-02)
Actually started working on aircraft parts today with the vertical stabilizer first steps (1-6). Its interesting to see how the manual is set up to develop skills and techniques to determine the best way to do things. For example, I tried several different ways to remover the excess material off the wedge section and ended up with clamping it to the table (see photo 1).
Spent some time thinking about what level of priming I want to pursue on this build and what brand. I'm thinking about just going with the Sherwin Williams P60G2.
