I started to put the horizontial stab. together and the center ribs just did not fit right. After alot of scratching my head, rechecking the prints, and finally looking a Jerry Webster's log, I determined I needed to make new ribs. Fortunately I was able to salvage the forms and recut to the correct dimentions. And fortunately or unfortunately I had enough odds and ends to cut out new blanks. So today was the 1 step back and then 1 step forward just to remain at the same place but with parts that now fit.
