As a number have suggested the best way to bend these is to cut a 93 mm wide piece, bend 2 angles from this, then cut the excess from the middle. A small amount of waste but a much better to produce this part. Additionally I've purchased a metal shear from Harbor Freight and this makes the process go much faster.
