Dropped the T-702 tank baffle straight down onto the rear flanges of the ribs and pushed down evenly and slowly.

Put a cleco in every hole of the T-701 tank skin to T-702 baffle joint. to ensure positive and even seal and started riveting all holes with solid rivets.

Put a very thin smear of sealant over both contact surfaces of the baffle and their respective T-712 Z-brackets. Installed Z-brackets with full clecos and made sure they were aligned according to DWGs 16A and 10A.
Twirled the AD-42H closed end blind rivets in sealant and installed them on the T-712 Z-brackets.
