Brief Description: Fitting Attach Angles to Spar and Baffle (RH)
Clecoed the LH T-702 Tank Baffle. Deburred the edges of all T-712 Tank Attach Brackets (Z-Brackets) that contact either the Tank Baffle on one side, and the Main spar on the other to avoid scratches on any or both. Measured and marked the horizontal line in the middle of all flanges in all LH & RH brackets. Measured and marked the vertical line lenghwise at .2125" on z-brackets. Center-punched a guide hole at the intersecting cross. Measured and marked the vertical line lenghwise at .3375" on the z-brackets. Center-punched a guide hole at the intersecting cross. Final drilled #12 in all center-punches. Placed all brackets on spar using flange orientation according to plans and temporarily using AN3 bolts, washers and nuts through center holes to firmly secure the brackets from moving while drilling.
