Finished shaping bottom hinge. Determined securing method and fabricated hinge nutplate using a single hinge loop to secure the hinge pin. Enlarged hinge rivet holes to 1/8". Primed hinge and bulkead. Cut and reshaped (squared) access door bottom edge. MAthc-drilled #19 door screw holes using bulkhead holes as a guide.
