Brief Description: Fwd Baggage Avionics Access Panel Mod
Decided to remake the panel doubler urinst .032" alcad sheet to provide more strenght to the whole access panel cutout. Shaped, match-drilled, deburred, cleaned, primed, and riveted the doubler to the bulkhead access panel, which was also cleaned and primed. Match-drilled the hinge bottom half and secured its full lenght in place with clecos. Cut the top half so it can be fitted on the access panel door.
