Brief Description:  Fwd Baggage Avionics Access Panel Mod

After reading many fellow builders' blogs, I've decided to create a door in the F-866B-1 Upper Fwd Baggage Bulkhead to provide easy access to the avionics bay once the fuselage skins are riveted on.
I've prepared the following task order:
(in this session):
1. Determine and measure the dimensions of the hole to be cut.
2. Draw those measurements on F-866B-1.
3. Measure again and make sure the dimensions comply with rivet spacing, rivet-to-edge, and edge-to-edge distances.
4. Determine the number of nutplates to hold the door.
5. Measure one last time and make sure the dimensions are ok.
6. Cut the hole.
7. Shape, round the corners and deburr the pieces.

(pending):
8. Order some .025" sheet aluminum for the door, and cut to shape and deburr.
9. Order some hinge material and cut to size.
10. Order some .030" to build a frame around the hole on F-866B-1 to serve as a doubler.
11. Fabricate the doubler. Cut to shape and size, and deburr.
12. Drill nutplate, rivets, and screw holes on F-866B-1.
13. Match-drill the holes common between F-866B-1, the door, both hinge halves, and the doubler frame.
14. Rivet parts together.
15. Install an aditional hinge eyelet to secure the hinge pin, using a screw and nutplate.
