Brief Description: Fitting the Tank Skin to Ribs and Baffle (RH)
Fit and drilled the T-406B fuel cap flange. Used the cap as a guide for centering the flange in the fuel tank skin opening. Once done, countersunk the holes on top of the filler neck flange to accept the dimples in the tank skin.
Installed the T-405 tank attach angle and T-410 reinforcing plates in place on the end ribs. Match-drilled attach holes and fuel pickup hole (inborard rib) per DWG 16A layout.
Modified the inboard end rib as shown in the right side view of DWG 16A with the large hole for the access cover, the flop tube antirotation bracket installation, and the holes for the BNC terminal (capacitive fuel senders) and the vent line.
Installed and match-drilled the Fuel Filler neck
