Removed the leading edge assembly from the cradle and placed it on the spar. Put clecoes through the spar into the ribs. Clecoed the W-701 RH Leading Edge Skin to the wing spar. Match-drilled #30 all holes in preparation for spar rivet hole countersinking.
Slid the W-408 Leading Edge Rib in place and back-drilled the rear flange from the spar and clecoed in place. Marked a line on the W-423 Joint Plate about 1/2" from the edge, leaving about 11/16" exposed to support the tank skin.
Worked the W-423 Joint PLate into place between the W-701 LE Skin and W-408 LE rib. Drilled all the ribs and the joint plate to the web of the rib.
Drill all the ribs and the joint plate through the pre-punched holes in the LE skin.
Extended the lines for the tiedown eye onto the leading edge, and enlarged the hole to full size and fit using a Unibit
