Brief Description: Installing Stall Warning System
Adjusted the VA-196 Stall Warner Vane Subassembly until the VA-196 Vane activated and deactivated the ES E22-50K Micro Switch witht he minimum travel possible. Once this adjustment was performed, tightened the screws holding the VA-196 Stall Warner Vane Assembly according position in Figure 2, OP46-05. Covered LE top side inner rivet heads with primer for moisture and corrosion protection. Double checked that the VA-0196 Vane in the "At Rest" position is perpendicular to the surface of the W-701-L Wing Leading Edge Skin.
Attached the WH-F1001 Wire to the COM (common) terminal of the ES E22-50K Micro Switch. Used red colored heatshrink tubing at the terminal to differenciate from the Ground wire (black heatshrink). Routed the COM wire aft through the snap bushing installed in the W-706-L Main Spar tooling hole.
