Drilled LH T-813 Fuel Sender Plate to the most ourboard internal tank rib. Refered to DWG OP-7 View A-A. Used the pre-punched holes in the plate as a guide to drill #20 holes in the rib. Enlarged holes to 1/4" in rib and not Sender Plate. Checked fit between rib and plate inside tank skin to ensure at least 3/16" clearance between the plate and fuel tank stiffeners. Clearance seems OK.
Drilled the T-813 Fuel Sender Plate to the most inboard interior tank rib. Refered to DWG OP-7 View B-B. Used te pre-punched holes in the plate as a guide to drill #20 holes and elarged them to 1/4" in rib only.
Attached the nutplates using the pre-punched hoels in the sender plates. Refered to DWG OP-7 Detail E for nutplate and rivet callouts, orientation, and installation details.
