Cut the 3/16" dia. Pitot and AOA aluminum tubes coming out of the Dynon AOA/Pitot Probe to about 7 inches in length to fit inside the wing. Practised flaring the tubes using the ROLO-FLAIR 37-degree flaring tool on scrap 3/16" aluminum tubes. Installed AN fittings and final-flared AOA/Pitot tubing. Carefully taped fittings, heating system wiring, and probe, and primed the two 3/16" tubes to prevent corrosion of the aluminum. Installed the remaining AN and NPT fittings and adaptors from SafeAir1 to torque values and placed a dab of yellow Torque Seal. Pitot Tube fittings are torque-sealed at 60 in-Lb. The four oval head phillips machine screws that will hold the Pitot/AOA Probe to the Gretz Aero mast mount have the following specifications: Screw size: M5-.80x#10 Purchased and available at Lowe's.
