Deburred the edges of all T-712 Tank Attach Brackets (Z-Brackets) that contact either the Tank Baffle on one side, and the Main spar on the other to avoid scratches on any or both.

Measured and marked the vertical line lenghwise at .3375" on the LH z-brackets.
Center-punched a guide hole at the intersecting cross.
Final drilled #12 in all center-punches.
Started working first on LH Tank only: placed all brackets on spar using flange orientation according to plans and temporarily using AN3 bolts, washers and nuts through center holes to firmly secure the brackets from moving while drilling.
Used a square angle to find correct alignment in relation to the spar and remaining holes.
Match-drilled #12 all holes in bracket using main spar as guide (match-drilled from inside the wing and between main wing ribs).
Unclecoed, deburred, and cleaned all holes made in brackets and cleaned and deburred all guide holes in spar as well.
Clecoed all the brackets again from the inside of the wing to mount LH Fuel Tank Assembly.
Secured Fuel Tank Assembly using clecos to the corresponding Fuel Tank-to-Spar attachment nutplates.
Match-drilled #30 the holes in the inboard rib to the Fuel Tank Baffle and the inboard Z-bracket, and secured with clecos to hold the Rib and the Baffle in place.
