Epoxied and sealed with fiberglass cloth aft aluminum end caps to HS-615 RH/LH molded fiberglass tips. Primed inside of fiberglass tips after epoxy and fiberglass cloth dried.

Keeping end caps secured while epoxy dries before applying fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin

Applying epoxy to fiberglass cloth

Letting epoxy with fiberglass cloth dry
