Mounted rudder to VS and measured LH/RH deflection. Left side max deflection to stop registered 41.9 degrees. Right side max deflection to stop registered 41.4 degrees. Inspected for freedom of movement and clearances in moving parts. Adjusted rudder rod end bearing distances and once satisfied, applied yellow torque seal. Primer detailed scratches in rudder and VS.
