Removed the metal enclosure of a female D-sub DE-9 type connector, exposing blue plastic casing.
Soldered the wires of the Electronic Trim Servo to the first 5 pins in the following order: 1- White Wire 2- Blue Stripe Wire 3- Green Stripe Wire 4- Orange Stripe Wire 5- White Wire
The remaining 4 pins (6 thru 9) were left unused.
Used thermofit (heat shrink) insulation tubing in each of them and applied electronic liquid tape to provide further protection against vibration, dust, corrotion, and environment.
Once the male D-sub connector is fabricated in the same manner and connected to the female, the assembly will then be secured and fully isolated with thermofit insulation.
Should it ever be necessary to disconnect the terminals, the heat shrink tube can simply be slit open.
