Decided to fix Figure-8 dimple. Started off by flattening stiffener dimple on E-701-L elevator skin. Stop-drilled the extra hole with #40 drill bit to stop crack from growing. Deburred extra hole, both sides. Dimpled again stiffener hole. Planned to use JB Weld to fill extra hole when riveting stiffeners to skin
