Brief Description: Preparing Horizontal Stabilizer Pts for Assy-Spars
Sanded parts with 400 grit and buffed away scratches and edges. Cleaned parts with Klean Strip Odorless Mineral Spirits. Cleaned off excess Mineral Spirits with dry rag. Final air dry for 30 min.
Primed parts with Rust-Oleum Self Etching Primer: First coat air dry for 2 hr, then opposite side coating and air dry for 8 hr. Let dry overnight. Touch-up coats (edges and sides) following day. Final detail coat during the day.
