Brief Description: Preparing Horizontal Stabilizer Pts for Assy (LH)
Primed parts with Rust-Oleum Self Etching Primer: First coat air dry for 15 min, then opposite side coating and air dry for 15 minutes. Let dry overnight. Touch-up coats (edges and sides) following morning. Final detail coat next day.
