Got a few interesting pieces done today, but bounced around the instruction manual quite a bit. Now that the armrests are prosealed and riveted onto the fuselage I am finally ready for interior paint (I thought I was ready weeks ago, but I was wrong). Also assembled much of the upper fwd fuselage that i had prepped previously to include the canopy emergency release mechanism. The canopy clips shown in photo 3 are the only ones that require -2 rivets. These little boogers are a pain in the butt. They don't want to fit in the hole, the part requires proseal, and they just down right hurt your fingertips trying to get them in. I am happy there are only 8 of them on the entire aircraft.
