Spent quite a bit of time planning out the firewall for all the components that will be mounted on the forward side. The drawings in the picture are of the back side of the firewall since it was easier to draw, but all items with the exception of the forest of tabs would be mounted on the front side. Now that the drawings are done I plan to cut the holes before sandwiching the 1/8" fiberfrax and SS shim stock on the front side. Everything will then be attached through the fiberfrax sandwiched material for maximum fire and noise protection. Will seal all the edges with Fire Barrier 2000+ (if I can find where I put the tube).
