Continued making, drilling, and match drilling the piano hinge to the fiberglass wing tips. I then used the Dremel with a thin metal cutoff blade to remove the strip of fiberglass that will become the filler. Machine countersunk the fiberglass strip and dimpled the outboard wing skins to attach the piano hinge to the wingtip. Next I'll Alodine the piano hinge and rivet it to the wingtips.
