After much belaboring about the split between the Aileron and Flap on the right wing I decided to continue with the wing tips. This section will be a bit off the instructions as I plan to install piano hing to connect the tips rather than the traditional screws. I trimmed the fiberglass IAW the Manual before marking the wing skins for extra rivet holes between each of the original screw holes. I then drilled the extra rivet holes and taped up the wing tip. Starting at the leading edge I drilled and cleco'ed each hole using tape and clamps to keep the fiberglass flush with the skin. Left wing down, right wing still to go.
