Continued with drilling and deburring the fuel tank attach brackets along with the fuel tank ribs. I found the countersinks in the fuel tank attach brackts really wanted to wander in the hole, not sure why, but got it done with only one elongated hole. Shouldn't be an issue once the nutplates are riveted in place.
