Continued final drilling and deburring the fuel tank ribs. Also worked on some J-stiffeners and larger holes for the ribs. Plugging away.
Also called Vans and determined the edge distance for a outboard leading edge rib that I discussed yesterday is a result of me removing the top section of the rib instead of the bottom section for rib L2 per the chapter 17 directions. This caused the edge to be too close to the hole. After discussing with Van's they recommended I simply move on and trim the correct edge while leaving the other edge alone. It results in loosing one #30 attach hole and having little support for one #40 skin attach hole, but since other ribs don't even have a #30 hole in this location and it is only 1 #40 hole they didn't feel it would be any sort of structural issue, so build on.
