After brush priming the flanges I attached the nutplates to the left and right spar. Ended up finishing out section 13. Of note, when I counted the K1100-08 nutplates during inventory I came to 45 instead of 48 and figured I just mis-counted. Unfortunately I didn't mis count and 48 were needed. I ended up using 3 K1100-08D nutplates and used the squeezer to flatten the dimples before drilling #40, deburring, and installing. But that method did work pretty well.
Side note, I found an additional 28 nutplates in a different parts drawer a few days later
