Completed the elevators by rolling the leading edsges and riveting in place. Installed the counterweights and torqued the hardware to 30 in/lbs. Then went back and installed the rear spar on the horizontal stabilizer which I had been delaying for an inspection by an A&P. Had a buddy who built an RV inspect instead and saw no reason to delay finishing the part any longer. Will work on joining the elevator to the horizontal stabilizer before starting on the tailcone.
