Finished deburring all lightning holes and edges for the horizontal stabilizer parts. The corners in the flange bends are definately not my favorite, but the shaviv double sided tool seems to work fairly well.
Match and final drilled the rear spar doubler plate along with the front spar with spar caps. Deburred the rear spar holes and will debur the front spar and spar cap holes next time. First time match drilling a blank piece of metal angle to such a large piece, but with plenty of clamps it didn't seem to be an issue.
One item to keep and eye on is the small bit of metal spar cap sticking out beyond the spar flange. Not sure why it is a mm wider than the flange, but we will see later i guess.
