Brief Description:  SB and other stuff

Lots of different things today. I added the third hardpoint on the cabin top and did some general cleanup. I also completed the new SB that Van's just released relating to the bulkhead crack found in 220RV. Good thing I still had the tail off from the move. This also gave me an opportunity to deal with some minor things on the trim mount. The first was the aft two nutpltes must have been damaged the first time around as I was completely unable to get a screw to start in either. I ended up drilling through the nutplates and using an AN3 bolt. I also used some stainless screws and nuts to hold on the mount for the ELT. I replaced the damaged nutplates and added nutplates for the ELT mount. Everything went together just fine this time. I had also used Bob Knuckolls method of using a DB9 connector for a connector on the trim servos but couldn't remember if I ever tested it so I checked that out also.
