Brief Description:  Mounting of panel components

While I spent yesterday validating and finalizing the wire books, today I mounted the ARINC adapter, CO monitor, VP200, and reworked some other things. I had oriiginally planned to mount the VP on the intermediary bulkhead panel with a cutout for access as others have done. I wanted to make sure it was mounted with good access to the plugs on the sides as it would be difficult to remove the plugs if you were to far up on the bulkhead. VP recommends mounting it under the ribs on the panel but I decided that the bulkhead would be best based on what others had done. I cut out the access panel through the bulkhead and added a doubler. I also did some fine tuning on the other access hole to make sure that the radio rack had good clearence. After mounting the VP and dropping in the AFS units it was clear that I didn't have enough clearence for the plugs on the AFS units. Plan B time. While it was a waste of time mounting it on the bulkhead and I ended up moving it to rails under the ribs, it still was a good exercise in that I now have much better access to the firewall where the LSE's will mount.
