I got the pilot side door sill mostly prepped for the weatherstripping. Looks pretty good but needs a little more cleanup. I also installed nutplate on the pilot side door hinge and prepped the pax side hinge for the nutplates. Along with this I made the cover plates for the pilot side door and trimmed them to fit. Next is to install these and check the clearence on the lift strut. If that looks good I'll fair them into the door and do final prep of the doors. I also think I'm going to use the same countersink stainless washers on the door hinge as I used on the rear seat belt bracket. I like that these reinforce and spread the load of the screws over a larger area.
