The amount of time I'm spending head scratching is starting to come down as I get back into the swing of things. With the panel in place I looked at the two forward air vents to see how to connect them to the eyeballs in the panel. The factor setup just basically left a flange for you to mount some leaky slide vents. With the use of the eyeball vents you not only get complete closure but much better adjustability. So the best way to address the retrofit is to cut the flange off the factory NACA scoop and use a short piece of 2" ducting to connect to the eyeballs. I also started the runs for the oxygen system that will supply each of the MH oxygen controllers. I'm basically going up the right side, splitting off by the flaps to run to the right side. Minimal number of splices and should be fairly isolated from anything else.
