Brief Description:  More dimple and alodine.

Everything for the floors are complete and starting to undergo the alodine treatment. I need to decide on a couple of things though. One thing I am considering is adding access panels in the baggage floors to take advantage of some of the strorage space under the floor. Not too big of a deal as I have an access panel plate that I can use as a template to make some more from the extra sheet I have from building the hat shelf. With these access panels I need to decide if I will make them easily accessible with hinges and camlocks or just screw on and then only use the space for things like survival gear or emergency use. Storing survival gear in the floor probably reduces the chance of it surviving a crash but the spot would also be good for a small tool kit.

The other thing is the aft bulkhead cover. With my hat shelf addition I need to modify the bulkhead cover so it hinges and can be opened easily. I also don't like the corregation in the factory panel as it will not seal easily. Because the hat shelf adds more rigidity than the corregation in the bulkhead cover would have, I think my best course of action will be to replace that cover with a new custom one. Again, the extra sheet I ordered for the hat shelf will come in handy here.
