I decided to give chapter 29 a brief break and move on to something different so I started work on the steps. This is a fairly straightforward job and should only take two sessions to complete. At this point I just have to align the step and drill the through bolt that holds it. One note on this, the skin hole that the step goes through is slightly too small and required a little sanding to open it up. I also used some CorrosionX as a lube to help slide the step in. You can use anything but a corrosion inhibitor, like CorrosionX or LPS3, are a good idea.
