Brief Description:  Installed parking brake and remaining lines.

My fittings and stuff showed up from Aircraft Spruce yesterday so I installed the parking brake and connected up the remaining brake lines.went pretty well. The one thing I have noticed is that the Aeroquip hoses for the main brake line connections are too long. These come from Vans this way and are aggrevated by using the parking brake, pushing the line out about an inch. I have two options to deal with this. One is to pickup a couple Aeroquip fittings and shorten up the cables. The other is to use the regular poly flex tube that is connecting up the other fittings. The only reason Van switched to the aeroquip hose, at least that I can tell, is that there are no transition fittings from the poly hose to AN fittings and the factory install is direct connection to an AN elbow. Because the parking brake is just 1/8 pipe thread, I could use the parking brake as the transition. This would also clean up the area as the Aeroquip hoses are really bulky and I can reuse them elsewhere. Either way I'll need to put in another order to Spruce.
