Thanks to my current position at work I haven't had a lot of time to devote to the aircraft lately. I spent some time today working on the doors. I reinforced the area where the lock is going with some flox and the antirotation ring. This should stiffen the area nicely and keep the lock from spinning. I also welded a small piece of the left over door pin racks to each of the lock arms to give it a little better profile where it meets the door pin racks. Lastly I spent some time dooing some sanding where I had put some excess epoxy along the cabin top/turtle deck intersection.
