Brief Description:  Ran tailcone wiring

Spent most of today cleaning up some odds and ends and getting the wiring done in the tailcone. I also ran the wire under the floorboard for the DVR and baggage area lighting in addition to placing a few more cable tie pads. Once the wiring was run I was able to remove the VS again. You will see that the cable ties are still loose in some of the pictures. That's just to allow me to add more wires if necessary later. I also ran a Cat5 cable for the ELT. The ELT's use regular telephone wire normally but the ELT I'll be using also has a couple feeds to provide additional functionality like sending GPS coordinates to the ELT. This gave me a need for 8 wires and so Cat5 was a perfect fit and has the addition of shielding. One last thing. You will also see that I ran the wire through some of the bulkhead lightning holes and I used a flexible nylon grommet there for anti-chafe. What you can't see is down farther where I used a automotive door trim for bigger holes and along the J channel where a wire passess. The nice thing about that stuff is you can clip it to allow it to go around a hole like the other stuff but it's much heavier and has a bead of adheasive that runs along the inside.
