Spent a couple hours trimming the doors for assembly. I picked up a Fein Multimaster for all the fiberglass work that I've been doing. If you are not familiar with one of these, all the fiberglass guys say it is the best thing since slice bread and I tend to agree. Cut's through fiberglass like butter. They are basically the same thing used to cut casts off. Did have a minor setback. The scribe lines on my outer shells and a couple of the alignment marks were missing. Go figure right. I ended up trimming the outside shells back to far and I won't be able to use the lower cleco holes on either door. Good thing with fiberglass is everything is repairable. It's an inconvienence but thats about it. I just need to use other methods of holding the door in place as it cures. I'll probably use weighted straps to keep constant pressure on them.
