Finished up the aileron trim. Went well but my paint job got good and scratched up getting the whole thing connected. The springs are under a lot more tension than I would have expected. Probably could shorten the end to end down to 11 inches from 12 without a problem.
In the second picture you can see the connection for the wiring. I followed Bob Knuckolls idea of using db9 connectors for this. His suggestion was to cut away the metal body leaving a comnpact connector that could be held tight with heat shrink tubing. I started to follow that recommendation then I relaized that this made no sense when I could just run a piece of wire tie through the holes and hold everything just as well. So I ended up leaving the rest and wrapping the one that I cut around the body to hold it in place.
So this is it for the wings until I get them attached.
