Brief Description:  Drilled pads and located aft hardpoints for seatbe

I picked up some 3x3x0.5 6061T6 AL pads from a local supply house. Not bad at less than $10 cut and ready to go. I plan on using the AMSAFE inertial reels for the seatbelts and as such rhey need a different configuration than stock. For one thing the reels will screw to the blocks which are also screwed to the cabin top. In the stock configuration Van's has a single hardpoint in the cabin top for the front seats and the back seats are attached to the longerons a ways back. Most people think that the single bolt in the flox hardpoint for the front seats is questionable in strength. For the new pads I used a 13/8" Forstner bit to hollow out four holes per pad that were then filled back on with flox. In the very least it's three more points than the stock setup.
