Brief Description:  Cowl and misc

While the cowl refit is done, that was simply adding back 1/2" to it. However I still had a fair amount of work on final fitment and finish of the Showplanes cowl. While I'm happy I went with it, the documentation is very weak. I've started fitting the lower internal fairing to the bottom cowl and looking at adding the ramps to the upper cowl. I've also started a fair amount of headscratching on getting the showplanes induction system fitted. While the intake is supposed to fit the FM300 system I have, everything is VERY tight. So I need to find the right geometries to get it to fit with space for any engine movment while running.I also need to make new metal baffles for the front of the engine to better fit the combination of the showplanes cowl and PCU5000 govener I'm using.I could have modified the stock baffles but it's easier, and cleaner to just make new ones. Especially given the sloppy fit of those stock pieces.

In addition I have put the doors back on so I could install the center lock delrin block that was part of the door center lock kit. I originally powdercoated the hinges black and I decided it would likely better match a final color if they are white so I stripped them and re-powdercoated them. Once the aircraft is painted with the door seals installed, I'll cut the center lock shaft down to a flush fit. Right now it's sticking out about an extra 7/16".

I also finished off the lower, port side, ignition wires so they are all complete and have been checked for correct resistance.
