Over the last 4 daysI finished the windscreen install and the associated fairing work. I've now moved on to reworking the cowl to add back in the half inch that is needed to close the spinner gap. I have already reattached the cutoff pieces to the upper cowl and have prepped and clecoed the cut offs to the lower cowl. I need to add a finish layer of fiberglass to the outside of the top cowling and then sand it back to a finished look and then that one will be ready to be trimmed again. The bottom cowl needs all it's layups yet. Basically i'm putting on several layers of RA7725 BID followed by two layers of e-glass to reattach these.
